Job Description:
As a Property Manager at Southern Land London Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and management of our properties. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for property management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all aspects of property maintenance and operations are conducted efficiently.

  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.

  • Lease Administration: Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, including negotiation and preparation of lease documents.

  • Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and upkeep.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance.

  • Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vacant properties and attract new tenants.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successful tenant relations and property maintenance.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant relationships effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.

  • Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with UK property laws, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
